The WFM ultrafine crusher belongs to a new type of vibration crusher, which adopts multiple advanced technologies and applies high-speed impact force and shear force according to the different characteristics of the material, so that the material is subjected to high acceleration impact, friction, compression, cutting and other effects of the medium in the grinding cylinder, and can achieve ideal crushing effect in a very short time. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, so that each particle has the same stress state, achieving precise mixing (dispersion) effect while crushing. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it is possible to achieve operations with the goal of crushing and grinding or precision mixing (blending) as the main objective. The device adopts the working principle of vibration crushing, in which a certain amount of grinding medium, such as hard material balls, rods or columns, is filled in the grinding cylinder (crushing chamber). The grinding cylinder produces clockwise and counterclockwise circular vibration under the action of external excitation force. The strong vibration of the grinding cylinder causes the medium inside the grinding cylinder to undergo a throwing motion. Under the action of this throwing motion, each medium produces a rotational motion in the same direction as the circular vibration. At the same time, the medium group also produces a low-frequency orbital motion of 3-5 cycles opposite to the circular vibration.
